RME-69

Six bands, Nine tubes . . . so much for mysterious nomenclature.  What was mysterious, at least to some, was the operation of the set.  Note there are NO markings on any of the front panel controls; this is just the way it came from Radio Manufacturing Engineers' Peoria, IL factory.  The receiver covered .55 - 32 MHz and had a crystal filter; 1935, $134.90.
