HEATHKIT HX-11

The HX-11 replaced the DX-20 as the entry-level novice transmitter in Heath’s lineup.  The 6CL6 oscillator, 6DQ6A amplifier circuit was essentially the same as that of its predecessor.  A better meter and styling more in line with Heath products of the early 1960s were the most apparent changes.  Power input remained at 50 watts; 1961, $43.50.
